“ The service and food were of the best we've had in Charleston. Nina the Manager and Nina the Server(that made it easy to remember) we're both so great. Beef tartare was amazingly done the oysters tasted fresh and were plated nicely, the Tuna crudo presentation was delightful and melted in your mouth. To top that off the desserts were quite nice and innovative! I'm not much of a dessert person when going out but this wasn't over bearingly sweet nor was it too heavy. Drinks came out quick and felt like great measurements and were quite picturesque. Over all it was in my top two in the Charleston are and would recommend to anyone trying to have a nice dinner out or a date with their Significant other! ”

Sitting at the bar was a treat--the bartender surprised us with beautifully stenciled drinks after we mentioned this was where we had one of our first dates in Charleston. The cocktail was on the sweeter side, which isn't my usual go-to since I prefer tart drinks, but I enjoyed stepping out of my comfort zone. The ambiance is perfect for a date night or a low-lit rooftop dinner, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to the staff for their kindness. My fiancé left her purse at the bar, and they held onto it for us, even letting me back in right as they were closing. That level of hospitality really stood out. “ We've been to Élevé a bunch of times over the last 5 years (events, company Christmas parties, Bridge Run post-game, etc.) and now we're FINALLY sitting down to write our review. In sum, we love Élevé's upscale presentation, views, and floor plan. Yes, other Chucktown rooftops have a few of these elements but Élevé also has a great staff. Nina (GM) took great care of our group, detailing the hotel's history, and made several WELCOME drink/menu recommendations. The indoor/outdoor spaces will satisfy any group and provide places to either party, lounge, or (privately) catch up with your friends. Élevé is on "must stop" places list when friends visit. We look forward to warmer temps AND our next rooftop adventure! ”

“ Upon arriving, you will take the very nice elevator upstairs to the rooftop. Don't worry if it's cold outside, the main seating area is all indoors. You will immediately notice the beautiful interior and decoration. I came here with a group but would strongly suggest it for a date night! The lighting is superb. We just had drinks, so I cannot comment on the food. However, their mixed drink and wine selections are pretty nice. They also have some special seasonal winter cocktails that sounded fun. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Four Graces Pinot Noir on their wine list, which is one of my favorites. They did serve it in a white wine glass. I was not able to fully experience the exquisite aroma and nuance of this special wine due to that. That's the only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Service was great! ”
“ Such a clean and fun rooftop. Can be extremely romantic of you can enjoy a nice fire pit with a group of friends. The cocktails and mocktails are delicious, I would recommend a spritz. I particularly loved the food. We had a few things and I was not disappointed in any of it!! Service was good! ”

The space incorporates sophistication, artsiness and quirkiness. Eleve is located inside the Grand Bohemian Hotel which is part of the Autograph Collection Hotels group. Known for their art and sculptures on display throughout the hotel you will feel like you're in a museum so make sure to walk around and spend some time in the hotel's common areas. The service is attentive and friendly. Our server Bonita was on the job and made sure we were well taken care of. Fresh ingredients are used in the seasonal dishes and each one is artfully served.
